"A church you'll love even if you haven't been to church in a while"

Our purpose is best described   in Matthew 25:35-36:
For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to  visit me.

Workers Needed for Food Ministry

The number of workers needed to sustain a large food relief program is sometimes overwhelming.  This is an excellent opportunity to serve in a tangible and meaningful way.

If you would like to be part of the Food Ministry Work Crew, call Patsy or Martha.  We have a lot of fun!

"The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field."  Luke 10:2

Food Bank Truck Arrives  1st & 3rd  & 4th Thursdays.

       Clothing Ministry

The Clothes Closet (like a second-hand store) provides new, like-new, or used articles in good condition to those in need.   The clothing ministry operates after every service Clothing is also distributed on an as-needed basis by appointment. If you are in need of clothing, or if you are interested in helping with this ministry, please contact Paula (878-3286).

The Solid Rock is located across the street from the church at "The Solid Rock" Ministry Building at 514 North Main, Borger. Volunteers led by Paula Folks sort clothing, help individuals find appropriate size and replenish clothing shelves.

Our values-

TRINITY VINEYARD.

Worth - all people are valuable to God and deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.
Cultural diversity - we strive to create an atmosphere that is inviting for all people.
Relationships - we believe individual growth and healing happen as we spend time with people who care about us.
Empowerment - we encourage people to develop skills that enable them to meet their own needs.
Servanthood - we view serving those in need as a normal part of Christian life.
Hope - we believe there is hope for the future for everyone no matter how difficult the situation might appear.

The Compassion Ministries operate in cooperation with the service of the church as we feel that to feed those in need physically without feeding the individual spiritually would not be in keeping with our values.  Registration to participate in at the following times:

Sunday: 10:45 am-11:30 am

Sat. 7:30-8:45 pm  (bilingual)

Our Modest Proposal:  To provide opportunities and resources that help equip, empower, and restore God’s wholeness in people’s lives. To help provide emergency assistance and long term solutions.

"Each of you should use whatever gift they have received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in it's  various forms." 1 Peter 4:10
